Company Admin

Give people the right access

Maintain your organisation once, then shape what each role can see and do.

Company administrators manage people and access from Company administration. Shared organisation details support every application, while each role controls permissions, application menus and record scope.

Keep your organisation together

Create and maintain users at company level. Keep their reporting line, branches, offices and branch holidays together, so each application uses the same organisation. User names need to be unique only within your company.

You can review the organisation behind access without recreating people for each application.

Company administrators see the administration area in full. Colleagues who help with a particular function see only what their roles grant. For example, a branch manager can maintain branches without becoming a full company administrator.

Build roles from permissions

Choose responsibilities from a read-only catalogue of 32 company permissions. The platform defines the catalogue and provides plain descriptions, so you can understand each permission before adding it.

The areas are Integrations, AI Core, Environment, Users and access, Company settings, Design and Operations. Permissions reach people through roles.

Selecting a higher permission automatically ticks the permissions it includes. You can only give permissions you already hold. Separation-of-duty warnings highlight risky combinations, such as designing and approving, so you can review the pairing. DynamicForm logs every change to a role's permissions.

Start with useful roles

Copy a starter role to begin with a recognised set of responsibilities. Company administrators can use Integration Designer, Integration Approver, Integration Operator and Auditor as starting points. Review the permissions before using the copied role.

Review access together

The role page brings Permissions, Application access and Data scope together. In Application access, a tab for each application lets you choose its menus. A role can reach menus in several applications.

Set Data scope to Own, Team, Branch or All. Own covers records the user created. Team covers their own records and those of everyone below them in the reporting line. Branch covers records of the user's own branches. All covers every record of the company.

Menus follow permissions consistently on the web, on Android and offline. Review them together to understand what end users can open and which records they can reach.
