Company Admin
Run your company from here
Run your company's users, security and applications from one place.
DynamicForm by AG Studio Ventures gives each company its own Company administration area. Open it from the application dashboard to manage what your people need across applications.
Your company, your rules
Maintain people and branches, build roles, set sign-in policy and organise applications without asking the platform operator for each change.
Company administration sits separately from application work. Your shared organisation stays together while each application keeps its own screens, workflows, menus and records. Company administrators see the whole administration area. Other people see the functions their roles grant.
Use the company theme library to keep branding choices together. Each application picks its own theme, so shared choices can support different application identities. The open application's colours and logo carry across the web app.
Find your administration area
| Area | What you control |
|---|---|

| Sign-in and security | Manage company sign-in policy, API clients and activity logs. |
| Applications | Create hand-built applications and review Draft, Published and Retired statuses. |
| Application data stores | Choose where application data layers live within platform policy. |
| Keys and integrations | Set company AI and Maps keys and integration access. |
| Settings and operations | Maintain company details and follow operational work. |
Company administrators and helpers
Let colleagues maintain the areas they know without making them full company administrators. A branch manager can maintain branches when their role grants that function.
Permissions come through roles. The role also defines application access and record scope, so you can review those choices together. Company administrators can work across the company's applications, while other people's reach follows their roles.
You can only grant permissions you hold. DynamicForm records changes to role permissions, helping you follow how responsibilities have changed.
Settings and operations
Keep company details in Company settings, alongside the administration controls that apply across applications.
People with the relevant functions can use the case monitor, inspect sync errors and move designs between environments. The case monitor follows the open application's work.
What the platform sets
The platform operator sets which data layers may have separate stores. The platform also decides whether your company may use platform AI and Maps keys.
Within those limits, choose application stores and supply your company's own keys. Platform staff work inside a company only through an audited session with a stated reason. Explore platform operations.
