Can the platform read a provider's API document?
Yes. It interprets the document and proposes the registered service — endpoint, method, security, fields and values — for your team to review, test and apply.
Which security methods are supported?
API keys, Basic authentication, bearer tokens, OAuth 2.0 client credentials with automatic token refresh, signed JWTs, HMAC request signing and mutual TLS client certificates.
Do phones or browsers see API keys?
No. Services are called by the server; credentials never leave it.
Can a service call back into a case?
Yes. An incoming callback — for example a payment confirmation — can move a waiting case on.
