What is a rapid application development (RAD) platform?

A rapid application development platform lets IT teams build business applications by configuring and assembling them, instead of writing every screen and rule by hand. DynamicForm is a cloud-based RAD platform where AI does much of that configuring.

Is RAD the same as low-code?
